Manage Vehicles

You are allowed to add new vehicles up to agreed vehicles only.
Loan: You can add your loan details for vehicle, by this you can easily maintain EMIs with history records and alerts. You can also find total remaining and paid amount automatically on dashboard.
Insurance: You can add your insurance details for vehicle, by this you can easily maintain insurance and alerts before getting expire.
Tax: You can add your tax details for vehicle, by this you can easily maintain tax details and alerts before getting expire.
Vehicle Services: Track easily your vehicle services. You can add vehicle services for your configured service stations. While adding service details your payments automatically credit-debit to main account and service station expenditure account.
Users in portal
Driver – Helper: Easy to add, remove or modify with simple controls.
You can add user with its basic details like name, address, contact number etc. here you can find payment type which helps you during add trip for this user and also you can associate user with specific vehicle so you can get name easily during add new trip.
Driver or Helper dashboard with necessary details, last few trips and graphical representations of current year. Additional menu available to edit, watch history, manage account, add new trip and reports.
You can add unlimited new users.
Account Only: This is special kind of user for handling accounts which is not either driver – helper nor from staff or organization but you need to manage money transaction for them then you can add this special kind of user. Same like driver – helper you can find menu like edit, watch history, manage account and reports.
Unlimited new account users can be added.
Staff: During Staff signup you need to provide user name which should be unique within your organization. You also need to provide your pre-defined roles for assigned set of privileges and basic details like name, address, contact number, email etc. here you can find language selection option which supports multiple language. Like if you select Hindi then whenever this user login with credential he find portal with Hindi language instead of default English.
Easy to add, remove or modify with simple controls.
Staff dashboard with necessary details, last login date and many more login related controls like you can block-unblock user, make inactive user, remove user (on remove user we inactive and block that user) and change role. Additional menu available to edit, watch history, manage account and reports.

Staff Account: you can add salary amounts here.
Driver Account: you can add manually credit-debit amount or if already set amount then automatically credit amount during trips.
Helper Account: same as driver account.
Account Only user’s Account: you can maintain account for non-organizational person.
Trips
We allow you 10X faster speed to add trips, new trips, can be modified until the trip is not submitted. You can final submit it, then reviewer can review it, after review you can get trip information for billing and payments, you can also mark it as completed.
You can add multiple departure and arrival freights in single trip.
The system automatically calculates average per trips and net profits.
Reports
System provides you multiple report with multiple search criteria which helps you to get what exactly you want. E.g., Trip Report, Bill Report, Transaction Report, History Report etc.
Error Reports: if any error occurs system logged it and will work on it in priority, system provides you a page from where you can send your message associated with error.
Billings
Generate bills for your goods company, you can add multiple freights of same goods company during generate billing. Reviewer can approve it or cancel it. You can search any bills with help of invoice number or bill number.
Backups
In online software you must be worried what if anything happens with database! Don’t worry the system would send you each and every trip details to your configured emails.
